3-day weekend!!! ahhhh

We had a wonderful 3-day weekend! We did my absolute favorite thing....can you guess what that is ??? If you guessed spending quality time with family then you were right!
We started our weekend with softball practice. Riley had to learn real quick how to steal bases.... she stole 2!! This was her first practice of the fall season and Darren was in the bleachers right next to me and he had a hard time not being the coach! Riley would get up to bat and Darren would be at the fence coaching her... (her new coach didn't coach~ that's why Darren got involved) He was so cute!!!
We left practice and came home and waited on Jessica (Darren's (our) cousin) to get here. Once she got here we sat around and caught up with her and then us girls headed out to do a little shopping. When we got home we sat around and talked some more. We ate a wonderful meal and just had a great day! We went to church on Sunday and took naps in the afternoon ~ it was perfect. We had a great time with Jessica and we were all sad when she left on Monday. I really do miss living near family, at least I have my little perfect family that I love more than anything! Monday (Labor Day) we ran some errands and came home and chilled the rest of the day. Perfect!! Did I mention that I love my family? I didn't take the first picture of my awesome weekend.... what's up with that??
